ThermiTight®- Skin Tightening
The ThermiTight® procedure is ideal for any patient looking to address areas of loose skin with a single treatment non-surgical solution! During this procedure, Dr. Oliver will numb the area to be treated with a local anesthetic and insert a small probe beneath the skin that uses temperature-controlled radiofrequency to heat the underlying network of the skin which will simultaneously cause tightening and smoothing of the skin while reducing small pockets of fat.
Total Women's Health is excited to be the first provider in Maryland to offer the second generation of ThermiTight® treatments via the Arvati® platform, which allows for faster treatment times, more consistent energy delivery and optimized results!
Areas commonly treated with ThermiTight® include the lower face, neck, tummy, arms, back, thighs, knees, and even sagging breasts!
